Description
I got bored. 
These literally took all day, I made 36, and realised they were 99x55, instead of the traditional 99x56. D: SO I REDID THEM ALL.
But anyway, there are 30 stamp templates.
Red, orange, yellow, lime, green, turquoise, blue, purple and pink. These are available in pastel colours, brights, and dark.
There is also a white one, a grey one and a black one. :3
There were rainbow ones, but they were silly so I left them out.
Then there are the backgrounds. The same colours as the stamps, they may be slightly darker or lighter, but feel free to modify as needed.
There's also a small guide in there, showing how to use backgrounds effectively, with a few small tips.
Like saving as .png

Oh and don't say 'BUT YOU GOTS PHOTOSHOP YOU CAN DO TRANSPARENCY'
Download GIMP, it's photoshop, but free. Technically my photoshop was free anyway, it came with my tablet. >>

Feel free to use, modify etc. Credit is not necessary, but it's nice. <3

Edit: Added a decent preview, these are the 'brights' the pastel and darks are these colours, just lighter or.. darker.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis is exactly what I've been looking for. Not only does this have a wide variety of templates, but it comes with a tutorial on how to put it all together, which is, for the most part, very easy to follow. I only suggest that the tutorial had been typed instead of hand-written, to make it easier to read and overall cleaner.
Asides from that, the downloaded file comes organized with several folders for the edges and the backgrounds, all sorted by the brightness of the color to make it easier to pick and choose what to put together. All in all, it works, and it will make stamp-making a lot easier.
